Winners: YellowPepper

Team Yellow Pepper designed an app to help resolve a huge local Miami problem: a lack of ATMs. The app helps consumers find places to withdraw small amounts of cash at a low cost through any PayPal merchant that integrates their API.

Consumers can pick up the cash at a shop, a home, or just about anywhere. The app helps local business by keeping dollars within the community. It charges the consumer $1 per transaction, which is dramatically lower than most ATM fees.
